Accurate determination and prediction of carbonate and its components are of great significance in industry-specific systems, such as industrial production, life sciences, and environmental monitoring in the development of valuable resources, scale inhibition and prevention, extension of the production cycle, characterization of animal/plant physiological characteristics, and exploration of the natural carbon cycle. However, the conventional measurements cannot fully meet the application requirements of different industries, due to the low accuracy in the general carbonate systems with the limited conditions, particularly without considering the differences of specific systems. It is still lacking in the accurate determination approaches with high adaptability, leading to restricting basic research and industrialization in the industry. This review aims to analyze the development potential of carbonate and its component determination in the industry-specific system. The NO3−improved Alerkin classification was also introduced to define the industry-specific system categories. The principle was determined the free carbonic acid, CO32− and HCO3− using the relationship between the existing form of carbonate and the alkalinity, as well as the pH changes. To facilitate the large-scale exploration of design space and the design of aero-structural integration in the conceptual design stage, a three-dimensional parametric modeling and optimization method for wing aero-structural analysis was proposed by using the class-shape function transformation (CST) method. Based on the two-dimensional CST, the analytical function form of the three-dimensional CST parametric geometric model was deduced. Established by using the mesh adaptive discrete and structural feature extraction technology, the aero-structural analysis parametric model of the three-dimensional wing can support the rapid modeling and optimization of the aerodynamic structure integration simultaneously, including parameters of the wing geometry configuration, structural layout, structural size, material properties, etc. Besides, it can automate the modeling process for the geometric models with a wide range of parameterization and aero-structural models. By applying this method, the aerodynamic structure of a large scale wing can be optimized from a multidisciplinary perspective. This method was adopted to work out the design of optimal aerodynamic structure integration for a large aspect ratio wing. According to the optimization result, the number of beams was reduced from 2 to 1, the number of wing ribs reduced from 20 to 15, and the mass reduced by 26.1%.

研究生物质炭的稳定性是理解其土壤固碳功能的基础。以水稻为原料在两种温度(300 ℃和500 ℃)制备生物质炭,利用13C稳定同位素技术,通过182 d的野外原位试验,比较两种生物质炭在榉树人工林土壤中的稳定性。整个培养期间,300 ℃和500 ℃生物质炭的累积分解量分别为10.5和3.65 g·m–2。双指数模型拟合的结果显示,300 ℃和500 ℃生物质炭的难分解碳库的平均停留时间分别为99.8 a和302 a。300 ℃生物质炭的分解速率与土壤表层温度显著正相关(P = 0.034,r = 0.417,n = 26),而500 ℃生物质炭的相关性不显著(P = 0.549,r = 0.123,n =26),表明土壤温度对生物质炭稳定性的影响因制备温度而异。野外原位试验表明500 ℃生物质炭具有更高的稳定性,为深入探讨生物质炭的稳定性提供了基础数据。

λ机翼锯齿状后缘的气动外形设计增大了展弦比,进而提高了空气动力学效率,但同时也导致结构质量的增加。因此,本文提出了一种针对战斗机类λ机翼的气动/结构多学科设计优化方法,关键步骤包括机翼外形和结构参数化建模、气动分析模型自动生成与外形优化、结构有限元模型自动生成与结构布局/尺寸优化。在ISIGHT软件环境下集成气动、结构优化模块,利用基于代理模型的多级优化方法求解λ机翼气动/结构多目标优化问题。算例结果表明,本文提出的优化方法能够较好地兼顾了λ机翼的气动和结构性能,进而提高初步设计阶段的效率。;The aerodynamic shape design of the serrated trailing edge for the Lambda (λ) wing increases the aspect ratio and improves the aerodynamic efficiency, however, this results in a greater structural mass. Therefore, an aerodynamic/structural multidisciplinary design optimization method is proposed for the λ wing of fighters. The key steps include parametric modeling for wing configuration and structural layout, automatic generation of the wing aerodynamic model and aerodynamic optimization, automatic generation of the wing structural finite element model and the wing structural layout/size optimization. The aerodynamic and structural optimization modules are integrated in the ISIGHT software environment, and the multi-level optimization method based on the surrogate model is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem.
