Putting my plastic back diaper on nice and tight so when it's soaked it stays up better

My own preferences? Thick padding all around, noisy plastic shell, bright colors, especially pink, or cheerful juvenile prints. But I also need absorbency and leak protection at the least waist and leg gathers.

I like medical-grade diapers that are made of very squeaky plastic. They're very thick. I usually use a diaper with four bosters.

I love Lil Comforts Teddy Bums they are definitely a quality diaper, and one of my absolute favourite ABDL diapers. I kind of flip flop around all over the place, but i think probably the print is what attracts me to an ABDL diaper initially, and i'm not really looking at all the other practical stuff such as capacity, leg guards etc. If i like the print then i will usually buy the diaper.

I’m bladder and bowel incontinent and wear 24/7.
The features that are most important to me are absorbency, fit, and cost. Beyond these, more specific features are plastic backing, tall leak guards, wide crotch, four tapes, leg gathers, and long length. Comfort is obviously important so the diaper needs to be soft and wick well.
Less important to me are landing zones, the colors or designs, and wetness indicators. I prefer a white or light blue color, but again not as important than the stuff above.

For me it's the plastic, it has to be smooth, glossy and soft. The diaper itself also has to be soft. Basically how I remember childhood diapers from the 80ies

Yes, of course features are the most important feature. However i do wear plain white medical diapers throughout the day, because i am changing them frequently i can can get them in a size small much more easily than i can source ABDL print diapers in a size small. I only wear ABDL print diapers over night, because that is when i am also in little mode. More often though i will tend to wear a TENA pull up first, and then tape an ABDL print diaper on over the top, as i can usually only buy ABDL print diapers in a size M, and so i do need to wear a pull up underneath to create a good fit.

Having been left incontinent following a spinal injury I wear nappies 24/7. For me it is about comfort, absorbency and being discreet and also plastic backed as I find the soft backed ones wick and leak. My choice for the last decade I reckon has to be and is the Tena Slip Maxi Active Fit.

Extra tall leak guards, elastic leg, stretchy side panels, strong tapes, and a cute print are what I like in diapers.

I need to try them
You can buy them from Diaper Minister in France, and get them shipped to the UK. As long as you keep the order below £135 incuding the shipping charge you don't incur any import duties or VAT. Ideally keep your order below £100 and you won't have any problems whatsoever. Shipping is typically around £10 which isn't to bad either, considering it's coming from France.

To be honest Diaper Minister is one of the best ABDL diaper suppliers around because of the extensive range that they carry. They also carry LNGU and Omutopia. I'll always try and buy locally first from NRU or ABUniverse in the UK, but if i want a certain brand or print it's the place to go.

I like diapers with these features:
1) Puffy build that make me waddle some
2) high elastic waistband on front and back and good leg guards
3) cottony smooth inner liner
4) a dash of scent that helps with odor control (Rearz Monsters, Purrfection, and Barnyard all do)
5) I also am a bit partial to single tape diapers though I’m also fine with double tapes on each side. As I am skinnier, I tend to have no issues with fit on single tape ones and they get me into little space more so.

The main feature of diapers that’s perfect for me is soft and smooth crinkly plastic backing that feels so nice where it touches my skin. The padding that feels so pillowy soft and comfortable with tall leak guards. No other diaper can compare to the plastic backed diapers for me. I have tried cloth backed diapers before and they just don’t feel right to me at all. When I wear diapers, they have to be plastic backed and that’s very important to me. I love my plastic backed diapers so much that they are fantastic. Plastic is fantastic!

Soft, cosy, cut to my body shape, strong tapes, super thick and absorbent, plain white, enough SAP up the front so I don't leak if I'm, ahem, aroused, leg openings that don't dig in. I would have always insisted on plastic backing but Drylife Ultima changed my mind! They're my go-to now!

1st and foremost is plastic back, I did buy so mm e ABLD cloth back by mistake and I was very surprised on the feeling, but not enough to but anymore as for some reason I didn't feel as secure in them as the good quality of plastic

I like when the leak guards have such strong elastic that they remain standing so that they gently rub against my skin. Even when the diaper is put on snugly. It reminds me that I’m wearing a diaper. It feels like there’s a pocket of air between me and the diaper. I sometimes feel a bubble when I sit down. It struggles to escape but finally does. Reminds me of the feeling when you sit on a beach ball in the pool.
I really like the softest and smoothest plastic possible. I think that somehow got lost since the 80s and 90s. My guess is that they added way more phthalates to the plastic to make it softer and slippery because they didn’t have cloth like covers. So they needed super crazy soft plastic to protect against chafing on soft baby skin. Phthalates are hormone disruptors though. They’re transdermal and we don’t fully know how they’ve affected us.
